The Centrum Guardian Project awards those who have
gone beyond 100%. Minanawe have developed and
produced this 5 episode reality show for Centrum
Multi vitamins and their agency Grey. Minanawe’s
unique 5 minute reality style TV shows continue to
break new ground in entertainment based TV
promotions.
The
Sunlight Khanya eKhaya Show
“The Search For Mzansi’s Smartest Sista”
Built on an intimate understanding of urban
township ladies, this reality show is about using
smart clever ideas and clever shopping to brighten
your home, your families life and add value to
your life. In addition the show recognizes the
importance of retail channels and is intimately
linked with Shoprite.
After
the project ended, an independent researcher did a
focus group on 250 women, within the target
market. Spontaneous responses, in other words
people who immediately recognised the show and its
aims were the highest ever achieved for a campaign
at Unilever. The research went on to show that
over 90% of the respondents understood the message
behind the show, and furthermore over 90% knew
exactly who the retail partner in the project was
i.e. Shoprite.
Minanawe conceptualised and produced The Perfect
Sishebo Show for Knorr, Knorrox, Robertsons
Spices and Seazons brands.
Resulting in fantastic
sales of these brands and fantastic target market
viewership. In May, the Perfect Sishebo Show was
the second highest performing show (ito ratings)
on SABC2 against all Housewives in LSM B, second
only to Muvhango.
